Wastwater is a deep and dark lake. It is located in Wasdale in Cumbria. Some say that the lake is even sinister as its waters hide some dark secrets. Several bodies have been found dumped in the dark waters and shockingly not that long ago.
The lake is 3 miles long and approximately 600 metres wide. At nearly 80 metres deep its is said to be the deepest lake in England.
In 2007 Wastwater was voted as Britain's favourite view by ITV viewers and its easy to see why.
